'ParterRecommunity' started with a simple dream: to bring authentic Neapolitan pizza to London. The Smith family founded the shop in 1985, beginning as a small, family-run spot with recipes passed down through generations.
Alexandra Smith, our founder, learned the craft of pizza-making during her journeys across Italy, studying under master pizzaiolos in Naples—the birthplace of pizza. Upon returning to the UK, she was determined to recreate the magic of true Italian pizza, using traditional methods and the finest ingredients.
What began as a cozy 12-seat pizzeria has blossomed into a cherished local institution, yet our dedication to quality and authenticity has never wavered. We still employ wood-fired oven techniques, prepare dough fresh daily, and source top-quality ingredients wherever possible.
Today, 'ParterRecommunity' remains family-owned and operated, with the second generation of the Smith family now leading our energetic team. While we’ve welcomed some modern innovations, the core of our business remains unchanged: crafting delicious, authentic pizza that brings people together.
